Megan Miller
Education Director
As Mosaic’s Education Director, Megan is responsible for the beginning and intermediate acting and vocal classes in the Metro Detroit area, which currently serve close to 1000 youth and take place at over 10 locations each year. Megan is also responsible for the design and implementation of the Mosaic Method of Youth Development through the Arts and training workshops for school teachers and administrators.
As a participant in the Mosaic ensemble from 1993-1997, Megan is a Mosaic heart and soul alumni. After graduating from Cass Tech, she went on to attend Oberlin College, where she co-founded the Women’s Theatre Troupe and performed with modern West-African and South-American dance groups. Megan continued her studies of dance and culture at the National Conservatory in Senegal, West Africa and at the Georges Momboye Center in Paris, France. In 2003, she was instrumental in organizing the Mosaic Singers.
