Now That I Can Dance – Motown 1962 follows the story of the Marvelettes and the early days of Motown when all of Motown's future stars -- from Stevie Wonder to Diana Ross to Smokey Robinson -- were teenagers. Now That I Can Dance is based on the personal experiences of original Marvellette, Katherine Anderson Schaffner, and other members of the Marvelettes, Vandellas, Miracles, Contours and countless Motown insiders. Now That I Can Dance provides a uniquely Detroit-centric, family-friendly evening of great music that will leave audiences dancing in the aisles!
